We started eRentPayment in 2004 to offer landlords and property managers of any size the flexibility and convenience of collecting rental payments online. We understand that every tenant is different so we set out to design a service that offers our customers the flexibility they need, such as one-time and recurring payments along with our form option. Since then, we have expanded the service to offer additional features, such as online applications, background checks, credit reporting, maintenance requests, and invoices.
In October 2017, we switched to direct ACH processing with Esquire Bank after encountering payment issues with our former third-party payment processor. We no longer use a third-party payment processor to ensure a similar issue does not occur again.
We are a privately-held company based in Fort Collins, Colorado with an additional office in Spokane, Washington.
We focus on growing our company one customer at a time through excellent customer service, great features, and continual improvement of the service. We pride ourselves on understanding that every situation is unique as we continue to build a complete landlord and property management tool.
