We offer transaction and monthly pricing to meet your property management needs without set-up or activation fees for our ACH/eCheck processing.




 
Best Value
  • The Standard option is recommended for property managers and landlords that will be processing 1-3 payments per month as you only pay a transaction fee if you receive a payment
  • The property manager/landlord can elect to pay the $3, split the transaction fee with the tenant at $1.50 each, or have the tenant cover the $3 transaction fee.
  • The Plus option is recommended for property managers and landlords that will be processing more than 2-3 payments per month
  • The property manager/landlord will be billed on the last day of the month.
  • You cannot split or pass the transaction fee to the tenant with this option.
